“Autism spectrum disorder” rates have been drastically increasing in the past decade. What has also been skyrocketing are the use of antidepressants. There is new evidence out that shows that this is not just a coincidence.
Women are told they can take antidepressants while pregnant and that it won’t harm the baby. We’ve now found out that they were wrong.
“The study…states that babies which are exposed to antidepressant drugs like Zoloft in the first trimester may have an increased risk of developing autism spectrum disorders.”
If you or someone you know took an antidepressant while pregnant and your doctor did not say it may cause harm to your child, you may be able to file a lawsuit.
